Victory! Christian Center is a Pentecostal church affiliated with the Assemblies of God.

Our mission is to:

"Build The Body of Believers through worship, fellowship, discipleship, and experience so they might Reach The People of Frederick County and beyond with the life-changing Gospel of Jesus Christ."

Our vision:

1.  To be a fellowship where we develop mature, healthy believers who are balanced in knowledge, emotions, and experience and who actively worship God, give to our community, reach the lost, and disciple others.

2.  To have a friendly, inviting atmosphere for worship healing, and growth where all those who are seeking God can feel welcome.

3.  To be a community of believers and seekers who are actively serving, supporting, challenging, and encouraging one another and the community around us.

Our core values:

1.  Intimacy with God.

     We believe God wants to have a real, loving, intimate relationship with every person.  We see this revealed through the Scriptures, nature, and life.  Our present life and our eternity are determined by our involvement in and commitment to experiencing that relationship.

2.  Commitment to the Bible.

     We believe that the character, nature, and will of God are revealed through the Holy Scriptures, the Bible.  We are committed to the inspiration and authority of these Scriptures as a revelation of God and His will, and as our rule of faith and conduct. 

3.  The Value of Each Person.

     We believe that God values each of us, and we should also demonstrate that love.  Ministry that is relevant to life, discipleship, and spiritual growth are necessary as we endeavor to see each person know God's plan for their life, live empowered for service, and walk in love with and toward each other.  This is our goal, the evidence that we know God, and the primary way of being a witness to the world around us. 

4.  Integrity in Word and Action.

     We believe that we must be genuine and true in our speech and our conduct.  We must allow the life of God to show through us in order to have relevant, trusting relationships with each other and with our community in order to bring honor to God and His Church.

5.  Service in the Community.

     We believe that it is vital for the Church to serve the local community in real ways in love and in Jesus' name.  This reveals the character of Christ to the world and opens the door for our testimony and proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus the Messiah.

We want to work together in our community to help build strong individuals and strong families who will be committed to the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe every individual can have an active, intimate relationship with the God of the Bible and find the strength they need to be victorious in this life and the life to come.
